", after exclusive negotiations carried out since July with the Ruffier family of Epenoux, owner of EPM 2000, indicates Prisma Media in a press release.
Télé Z benefits from competitive distribution on the market with 788,000 copies.
It is the 3rd TV title in print audience with 2.9 million readers.
