"There are many inquiries, people who want to secure accommodation, that is why we advance the date," explained Miguel Angel Donsini, head of the Mar del Plata Association of Public Auctioneers and Brokers.

Donsini argued when announcing the suggested values that when there is no price reference "you start asking for anything and

The auctioneers said that after "an exhaustive analysis carried out after different meetings held with owners and registrants" they concluded that the "guideline" values for the 2021/2022 season will range
from $ 33,000 to $ 60,000
.
They are for January and fortnightly.
Thus, they suggest that a 1-room apartment for 2 or 3 people should be set at $ 33,000;
for a 2-room apartment, for 3 or 4 people, from $ 42,000 and for a 3-room apartment, for 5 or 6 people, from $ 50,000.
For a 3 room villa they propose to charge $ 60,000 for two weeks of rent.
They warned that there may be
variations between the values
of each category according to quality, condition, location and area.
