, a show curated by Stefano Dominella with the artistic direction of Guillermo Mariotto and the organizational coordination of Zètema Progetto Cultura, which is part of the initiatives of the Romaison project, promoted by Roma Capitale.
The fashion show, Thursday 16 September, in Rome in Piazza Augusto Imperatore, presented by Pino Strabioli and Monica Marangoni, includes a succession of fashion paintings, alternating with dance interventions, with the extraordinary participation of Eleonora Abbagnato and Benjamin Pech. The actors Manuela Mandracchia and Fabio Cocifoglia will declaim verses taken from "Res gestae divi Augusti", a work written by the emperor Augustus himself.
Guests of the evening the designers Maurizio Galante, the maison Gattinoni, Giovanni Cavagna and the young stylists Italo Marseglia and Tiziano Guardini, leading designers of eco-sustainable fashion.
A tribute will be paid to Maestro Gianfranco Ferrè through the creation of a tableau vivant with some creations, belonging to the historical archive of the Foundation named after him. Mayor Virginia Raggi will award Maurizio Galante and the Ferrè Foundation the medal coined by the State Mint on the occasion of the 21st April 2021 Christmas of Rome dedicated to the 150 / o anniversary of Roma Capitale.
Six fashion stories full of culture, art, high craftsmanship, on the theme of eco-sustainability, declined in all its possible expressions, will alternate on the stage: from the use of non-polluting materials, oil-free colors, to recycle and all 'upcycling. On the platform 90 dresses, emotions to be worn with a renewed environmental awareness.
