(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 16 - "Yet another demonstration and, we hope, not yet another empty lap. Because today we are not satisfied. We need to
block the procedure, prevent the day, September 29, in which if nothing happens the company can send the letters of dismissal ". This was stated by Barbara Tibaldi, Fiom national secretary, during the demonstration of Whirlpool workers at Mise. "The government - according to Tibaldi - must finally answer for the work it announces in the newspapers. The tragedies, the closures of the companies, the hypotheses in their protection cannot be the subject of an electoral campaign". "We want to see - concluded Tibaldi - what they have worked on, we want to see the solution that has been announced in the newspapers. We ask that the dismissal procedure be suspended".(HANDLE).
