(ANSA) - BERLIN, SEPTEMBER 17 - German Chancellor Angela Merkel will not go to the polling station to vote in the federal elections on 26 September since she has decided to opt for the postal vote: the government spokesman, Steffen Seibert, announced today without explain the reasons for the choice, nor specify whether Merkel has already voted or not.
