Microsoft breakthrough, we can say goodbye to passwords.

In response to numerous hacking attempts, 579 every second, the Redmond giant makes Authenticator available to everyone, a system launched last March for corporate customers only.

Once the new option is activated, you will receive a text message on the registered mobile number or email address, to validate a new login. To go to the new level of security right now, you need to install the Authenticator app, for iOS and Android, and connect your Microsoft account. Then just select the advanced security options and activate the 'passwordless account' item from the additional options. When the 'password removed' message becomes visible, the update to the new method has been enabled. In fact, by activating Microsoft Authenticator, the various passwords saved on the Microsoft profile are automatically deleted, so that it will no longer be necessary to enter them to access accounts from new devices. A'intrusion of third parties in your profile will not lead to any possible theft, in the absence of registered keys. According to the latest research from Microsoft Labs, there are on average 579 attacks on passwords linked to Microsoft accounts every second, or 18 billion per year.
