Five things you did not know about breakfast ("Do not miss" system)

In our dreams we wake up early, jump out of bed straight into our sneakers and draped shirt and start the day with a serious workout, starting our day on the right foot - and all this before the first coffee.

In our reality ... well, less.

Not every morning we get up with motivation or strength to do training, not everyone is suitable to train in the morning and sometimes we are just too tired.

On days like these when you get up without energy, the thought of starting a workout can be terrifying.

So one must not insist on it.

You can find more moderate and limited alternatives that will not rob you too much of the little strength left in you, but will only help you feel more ready to start the day.

In fact, although morning workouts have a lot of health benefits, if you are very tired and unfocused, you probably will not be able to get them out of it.

So what can be done instead?

1.Tension

Gentle stretches provide a gentle stimulus that helps the body and brain to gradually awaken.

Stretch your arms over your head and look up and then go down vertebra after vertebra, until your fingers touch the floor or toes.

Let the head and neck be relaxed downwards.

Gently bend one knee and straighten the other, then switch between them.

Repeat this several times - for a deeper stretch of the back thigh muscles.

2.Heating

Okay, we understand that full training is great for you this morning.

It is possible to make do with heating.

A few minutes of resistance exercises with your body weight, at a moderate intensity and at a leisurely pace.

Squats, for example.

If you do them at a moderate pace, you will exercise the thigh, buttocks and core muscles.

If after you finish them you will feel that you have more to give, perform exercises that will also help warm up your nervous system, which is responsible for the synchronization between the brain and the body.

Something like a few minutes of fast running in place, or jumps.

In any case, always start your morning workout gradually, especially if you are after a hard night.

3. Mobility

Another good way to start the day is with movement exercises - rotational movements of the hip joints, pelvic raises or squats.

Also, perform movements that expand the range of motion - gradual hand rotations - wrists, arms, shoulders and more.

These are exercises after which you will feel that your body is a little less 'squeaky' when you get out of bed in the morning and in addition, improving your range of motion will also improve your abilities in future training and reduce the risk of injuries.

4. Yoga

Yoga is a light and lovable workout that is easy to adapt to different levels of intensity and skill.

It works on the whole body and also includes breathing and concentration exercises.

Yoga is very endearing to many fitness trainers who consider it a perfect morning workout.

It stretches the muscles, works on range of motion and also on the connection between the brain and the body - so it pretty much marks a ‘V’ on all the important sections at the beginning of the day.

On a morning devoid of energy or time, you can totally settle for a few repetitions of 'Dog Looking Down' or 'Dog Looking Up'.

5. Walking

Is it too hard for you to get up in the morning straight for a run or a vigorous bike ride?

All is well, grab a bottle of water and headphones and go for a short walk around the neighborhood.

Even if you do not burn a lot of calories, you are still moving your body, helping the energy to start pumping into your veins and extracting bones and muscles.
