(ANSA) - MOSCOW, 19 SEPTEMBER - Google has blocked the access links to the Google Doc documents used by the AlexeiNavalny movement to spread the list of candidates supported by the smart vote strategy. This was reported by the opponent's staff.
Google has also blocked videos on YouTube - owned by the US giant - again at the request of the Russian communications authority Roskomnadzor. The move follows Friday's decision to remove the Navalny app from the Google Play virtual store (as well as from Apple's App Store). Navalny's spokesman had branded the choice to yield to Russian pressure as "censorship". (HANDLE).
