For salad:
3 tomatoes
1 hot green pepper
6 cloves of peeled garlic
1 red pepper
1 peeled white onion

For sirloin:
1 kg of cinnamon

Preparation
How to make a roast sirloin on a salad - spicy?
1 Roast the vegetables on a hot BBQ until browned.
2 Chop the roasted vegetables well.
3 Place the vegetables in a bowl and season with salt, lemon and olive oil.
4 Roast the sirloin in a frying pan for about 8 minutes on each side.
5 Prepare the tahini: It is recommended to grind all the tahini ingredients in a baldner rod to obtain a smooth texture.
6 Thinly slice the sirloin and serve with the salad and tahini.
