(ANSA-AFP) - ATHENS, SEPTEMBER 19 - A fire broke out in a migrant camp in Vathy on the Greek island of Samos.
Official sources report it.
Vathy is the place where a new 'closed' facility for migrants was inaugurated yesterday, which has sparked protests from asylum seekers and NGOs for its excessively judged security measures.
According to samos24.gr the fire, of vast proportions, broke out in a field other than the new structure: the migrants who are staying there must be transferred by 30 September to the new center.
