The night was over when someone called for the meeting to continue elsewhere.
The five friends were returning along the Pan-American highway in an Audi A3 and, at Garín, they hit the shoulder.
It is still not clear why, but the young people got out of the car and a chain crash was generated that involved six vehicles: two of the boys were run over.
They are Nahuel Farías (19) and Agustín Rosas (19), who were cousins and lived in Tigre, in the north of Greater Buenos Aires.
None of them were at the wheel of the Audi A3 that hit a guardrail at kilometer 36 of Route 9, in Escobar's party, and was crossed on the road.
It all happened around six in the morning.

A Peugeot 307 was the first to crash into the Audi.
"They (for the occupants of the car) wanted to get out to push and help the driver of 307. There they were run over,"

The truth is that by 6.05, on the Campana branch of the Panamericana, there were already six cars involved in the chain crash, one behind the other.
The experts determined that it was due to the lack of visibility of the point where the first event occurred and this blind spot that prevented drivers from seeing that other cars were obstructing the road.
The services of the Panamericana did not signal or order the traffic until after the young people had died, according to the family.

According to what those close to the victims were able to reconstruct, a Ford Focus, driven by Ignacio Picone (29), would have hit Agustín and Nahuel.
However, a Volkswagen Suran also took part, with Rodin Flores (56) at the wheel;
a Volkswagen Gol, driven by Lucas Batalla (26);
and a Honda, guided by Gabriel Piñero (53).
All were unharmed.
The first to go to the scene were the Garín volunteer firefighters and an ambulance that found that Agustín and Nahuel had died.
"Nahuel and Agustín were cousins, they were here in the neighborhood and, as far as we know, some friends called them to see if they could pick them up in Garín. So they went there. When they came back this happened to them," said Andrea .
Agustín's mother, Andrea's cousin, was waiting for the result of the autopsy to be able to fire the young people.

As they describe it, Nahuel "lived with a smile" and worked as a construction job.
"He was always a happy boy, he was always with a smile for everyone, helping whoever he could. We can't believe it yet," Andrea insisted, "devastated."
Nahuel Farías (19) was also run over.
The young man lived with his mother and his three little brothers in a house in Tigre, a few blocks from Agustín's house.
During the early morning he uploaded photos and videos to his social networks, along with his friends.
The last story was around 3 in the morning, with Nahuel, in a bowling alley.

Two other men and a girl were in the Audi who were also injured but were taken to Escobar hospital.

The woman, whose identity was not revealed, was immediately discharged and the other two remained under observation.
They were friends from the victims' neighborhood, but the family did not know them.
The investigation was left in the hands of Garín's fiscal assistant, in charge of Andrea Parga, who will collect testimonies and order evidence measures to reconstruct what happened.
Also, breathalyzer tests for the drivers who participated in the tragedy.
