This morning at 6.40 am a letter of threats against Marco Bentivogli, his family and the boys of the escort was found at the Ancona home.
This is what we read in a note from the former trade unionist's staff.
Accompanying the letter, 10 loaded bullets, 5 per shotgun, 5 per 7.65 pistol.
The police and the scientific police immediately intervened on the spot.
In the letter, references to the Ilva affair, and 10 loaded bullets, five per shotgun, five per 7.65 pistol.
Bentivogli, 51, - now coordinator of the Base Italia association - was also the provincial secretary of Fim Cisl in Bologna and then in Ancona, he has been under escort since December 2017 when he was still general secretary of Fim-Cisl:
UCIS (Joint Central Office for Personal Security) granted protection after two attacks and various death threats arrived in the context of the Ilva and Fiat-FCA affairs.
After these new threats, Ancona has proceeded to intensify the protection device assigned.
In June 2020, an envelope was found near Bentivogli's home in Rome: it contained a letter with threats and references to the ten-year anniversary of the agreement for Pomigliano's Fiat, as well as two .38 caliber and two 9 caliber pistol cartridges.
