This Ile-de-France is passing through the port of Cergy (95) for the day but would be well tempted to try the orange barbecue boats which spin on the Oise a few meters away.

Its donut-shaped boats have been sailing from the ports of Conflans (95) and Cergy since April.

Her colleagues had not warned her that she was going to grill kebabs, sausages and chicken thighs in the middle of the Oise for four hours.

The concept exists elsewhere in France and around the world, but this native of Cergy is the only one to offer it in Île-de-France.

To enjoy the joys of the six-person barbecue boat, you have to pay 280 euros for four hours.
The price is 380 euros for nine guests.
These rates do not include food and drinks, which guests are welcome to bring themselves.
A "breakfast" option in the morning allows you to sail for two hours from 120 euros.
