List: This will help overcome afternoon fatigue
Light lunch:
The afternoon low usually overtakes us after lunch, when the stomach is full.
Particularly fatty, hearty dishes such as roasts and dumplings put a strain on our digestion and thus make us tired.
If you want to continue working carefree after lunch, you should instead choose light dishes such as salad, lean meat and fish, low-fat soups or vegetable dishes and keep the portions small.
Get moving:
whether it's a short trip to the kitchen, to the neighboring office or a long walk during the lunch break: Movement stimulates the circulation and gives you new energy.
Those who go outside also secure an extra charge of oxygen, which in turn ensures better concentration.
If you have to go fast: get up, ventilate and stretch your body vigorously.
A dog can also provide more exercise.

Drink water:
Try
drinking
a large glass of water instead of your third cup of coffee.
Your body needs water for numerous processes, which is why it can give your tired limbs a real boost of energy.
Let
water
run over your wrists or face:
water also gives a real kick of freshness from the outside.
Hold your wrists under the faucet or give your face a quick dip in cool water.
This stimulates the circulation and gives you new momentum.
A small shower in the home office can never hurt either.
Avoid sweets:
When we get tired, we often try to keep ourselves awake with chocolate, gummy bears and the like.
But the energy boost from foods with a high sugar content is only short-lived - the blood sugar level rises rapidly, and then quickly drops again.
Rather, grab nuts or fruit at work so as not to fall into the fatigue trap.
