Because of the violent death of a young woman in Hamm, a 27-year-old was arrested again as a suspect on Wednesday. "Blood of the injured party could be found on a knife in his apartment," said the public prosecutor in Dortmund. The suspect had been arrested before but was released at the beginning of the week. The 27-year-old should come before the judge on Thursday, it said.
The partially undressed corpse of the 25-year-old was found on Sunday at a lake in a green area at the higher regional court in Hamm.
An autopsy had revealed a "violent death".
According to the investigators, further traces have now been found.
Traces of the 27-year-old were found under the woman's fingernails.
A picture of the body was recovered on the man's cell phone.
On Monday, soft toys, candles and sunflowers were parked for the victim at the small lake at the Higher Regional Court.
