potatoes. The name Hasselback potatoes goes back to the place where this method of preparation was invented: in 1953 in the Hasselbacken restaurant in Stockholm. Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 50 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
8 medium-sized potatoes
60 g butter
sea-salt
It is best to use
waxy
or
predominantly waxy potatoes

Recipe for Hasselback potatoes: this is how it works step by step
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water, if necessary with a brush.
Place a potato on a cutting board and a long wooden skewer on each of the long sides of the potato.
Cut the potatoes in a fan-like manner with a sharp knife - the skewers will not cut the potatoes completely.
Do the same with all potatoes.
