In the period, thanks to the boom in this facility, the incentivized relationships together with the transformations totaled 883,596 with an increase of 221.5% on the first half of 2020 and of 112.6% on the first half of 2019.

In 2020, subsidized hires totaled 730,478 with an increase of 19.9% ​​on 2019. This can be read in the quarterly INPS focus on contributory benefits according to which contractual changes were 268,255 with an increase of 62%. In hiring, the main part among the subsidized ones is the apprenticeship contracts (274,161) even if they are down by 31.2%) together with the South Decontribution measure introduced in the year with the August decree with 190,608 contracts. The number of hires and contractual changes made benefiting from contributory subsidies has an incidence on the total number of contracts activated in 2020 equal to 16%, essentially doubled compared to 2019. The comparison between the first semesters of the years 2019, 2020 and 2021,after the substantial decreases in the years 2019 and 2020 attributable to the beginning of the health emergency period, - writes the INPS - notes an increase in hiring (+ 23%) which, despite the persistence of a negative change in contractual transformations, determines a global growth (hires and changes) of 19% in the semester January-June 2021 compared to the same period of the previous year. In the first half of 2021, the subsidized relationships increased thanks above all to the "South Decontribution" incentive: with a growth of 221.5% compared to 2020 and + 112.6% compared to 2019. The South Decontribution contracts in the first half of 2021 were 592,045 and lead to facilitated hiring and transformations to a total of 883,596 (+ 221.5%). Compared to the first half of 2020,the relationships established with an apprenticeship contract (+ 25%) and with "Incentivo Donne" (+ 18%) increase, but the same decrease when compared with the same period in 2019 pre-pandemic: respectively -12% and -14%.
