The Karkokli sisters are a duo that is hard to ignore.
Most have already internalized their unique musicality, but now they have a new line - a second-hand website with unique items they have collected over the years - "there is something exciting in a garment that belonged to another person"

Tali and Liron
, who are all known to you as the Karkokli sisters, realized long ago that their music should be wrapped in good things, that the style of their lives is influenced and also affects the musical works.
They remember themselves as girls who are interested in clothes from a young age, always moving on the fine line between 'being like everyone else' or 'the coolest in personal style'.
"We were always the last in the class to have brands," the Sisters tell us on the occasion of the launch of their website, which is all about second-hand purity.
"We remember the days we spent with our mother buying us clothes at Grip because all our girlfriends had. Growing up in school influenced our desire to be 'equal' in society."

For years, Tali and Liron have been careful to wear second-hand clothes, all as part of the environmental awareness that supports recycling and preserving the planet, and also from the understanding that every garment has a story - "there is something in the garment that belonged to another person. .
They recently set up their new website cara closet, where they model the items (which sell for NIS 100-400) and maintain another title beyond singers and creators.

"We asked ourselves a lot why we should even enter this world of styling when we are now in full force in music, and the answer that kept coming back was - 'because it's one'. Every business / artist / creation is a whole thing made up of lots and lots of parameters And it also affects our music. "

"Over the years, we have collected the clothes on the site from clips, performances, photos and trips, and in addition we also import special products from Kiev that we could not resist and did not bring," the nurses add.
"Every time we left the house and every time we performed or entertained on the radio, we were asked where the clothes we were wearing came from and where we could get them. Our answer was always the same - 'it's second hand.' this".
The GIA pop-up will begin on October 1 at Yitzhak Sadeh 32, Tel Aviv.
