Friday 24 September, at 3.30 pm, with the greeting of the Minister for Technological Innovation and Digital Transition Vittorio Colao, and in the presence of the Director of the National Transplant Center (CNT-ISS) Massimo Cardillo and other distinguished speakers, the President National AIDO (Italian Association for the Donation of Organs, Tissues and Cells) Flavia Petrin finally comes to launch the digitalization of the consent to the donation of organs and tissues of one's body after death for the purpose of transplantation, expressed with the registration to AIDO .
This introduces a new method of expressing consent to the donation of organs and tissues, registered in the SIT (Transplant Information System) with a project destined to change the history of donation in our country.
