Melt Potato Recipe: Here's How You Must Prepare Potatoes Today
You need:
1 kg floury potatoes (e.g. Adretta or Bintje), or predominantly waxy potatoes (e.g. Toscana or Marabel)
5 tbsp liquid butter
2 teaspoons of thyme or rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon sea salt
0.5 tsp pepper, freshly ground
250 ml chicken broth (alternatively vegetable broth)
4 cloves of garlic

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees - if 260 degrees are possible, then set this.
Peel the potatoes * and cut them into slices about 1.5 to 2 cm thick.

Swirl the potato slices in the seasoned butter.
Then spread the potato slices side by side on a baking sheet.
Bake the potatoes on one side for 15 minutes.
