(ANSA) - SASSARI, 24 SEPT - The former president of Catalonia Carles Puigdemont can leave Sardinia immediately and will not have to stay until 4 October, the date of the first hearing set to decide on the extradition request.
This was announced by the lawyer Agostinangelo Marras, outside the prison of Bancali (Sassari), explaining that no precautionary measures of any kind have been applied to the MEP and therefore can circulate without limitations.
