(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, 24 SEPT - Nine warranties were issued by the Reggio Emilia Public Prosecutor's Office for the accident at the Rallydell'Appennino Reggiano, during which on 28 August two spectators were killed by a car in the race, off the road.
The Carabinieri of San Polo d'Enza, at the outcome of the investigations had reported nine people, in various capacities involved in the episode and in the management of the race, assuming responsibility, on which the Prosecutor agreed.
Ilpm has also appointed a technical consultant to ascertain the dynamics.
The file is for multiple manslaughter following a fatal accident during car competition.
