(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, SEPTEMBER 24 - "The European Commission has confirmed" the summit with the United States on trade and technology (TTC), on September 29, in Pittsburgh.
This was announced by the spokesperson of the Community Executive for Trade, Miriam Garcia Ferrer, on Twitter.
Also on Twitter, the vice president of the EU Commission, Margrethe Vestager, made it known that she and ValdisDombrovskis will participate in the meeting.
The meeting was in danger of slipping due to tensions over the announcement of a security partnership between the US, Australia and the United Kingdom (Aukus), and Canberra's termination of a rich submarine commission to France.
