hokkaido pumpkin
.
It is placed on a baking sheet, baked until it is soft and then pureed.
That's how it's done:
Quarter the pumpkin and use a spoon to scrape out the pumpkin seeds.
You can of course cut it into even smaller pieces so that it doesn't take as long in the oven.
Place the pumpkin quarters, cut side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat and bake the pumpkin in the oven for about 50 minutes.
When the skin turns brown and the pulp is soft, you can get the pumpkin out.
