A hundred demonstrations are planned in France on Friday for the revaluation of pensions, announced Monday a collective of nine trade unions (CGT, FO, CFTC, CFE-CGC, FSU, Solidaires) and associations (FGR-FP, LSR, Ensemble and solidarity) of retirees.

The "
group of nine
" is back in the streets, for a tenth day of mobilization since the start of the five-year term. To date, 107 “
initiatives
” are planned in 86 departments, said Marylène Cahouet (FSU) at a press conference in Les Lilas, near Paris.
The level of pensions appears as usual at the top of the demands.

Basic pensions increased by 0.4% on January 1, and the complementary private sector by 1%, this is nothing compared to inflation,
" said Marc Bastide (CGT).
Inflation accelerated in August, to + 1.9% over one year, according to INSEE.
