But despite these changes, like a curse that would have arisen on the cradle of this reform, the Council of State came to censure in June one of the flagship measures of this presidential promise.
Namely the new calculation method which serves as the basis for estimating unemployment benefit.
This is the aspect which tends the unions the most and which makes them say, as Laurent Berger repeated last week on RTL, that this reform will cause "
a difference in treatment between applicants.
