450 g potatoes (triplets are best)
2 large onions
2 l vegetable stock

If you are in the mood for “more”, here is a recipe for a classic potato soup with other ingredients such as carrots, leek, bacon, sausages and herbs.

It's that easy to cook delicious potato soup with just three ingredients
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, you don't have to peel them.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onions into large pieces.
In a large saucepan, bring the vegetable stock to a boil on the stove.
Add the sliced potatoes and onions.
Cover and let the potato soup simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Then puree everything finely with a hand blender.
Season the finished soup as you wish, e.g.
B. with salt and pepper.
Sausages or croutons also taste delicious.
