, is invited to the capital of the company Planet Media (planet.fr, medisite.fr and e-sante.fr ).
“It is a long-term operational merger between two complementary groups.
It is supported by industrial support on both sides and the development of new synergies, ”
explains Amalric Poncet, Deputy CEO of the Marie Claire Group, now a member of the supervisory board of Planet Media.
