(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, OCTOBER 07 - Hungary and Poland have vetoed the conclusions of the EU Justice Council relating to the Commission's strategy on the rights of the child.
The Hungarian Minister of Justice Judit Varga announced this: "We will continue to resist the pressure of the LGBTQ lobby.
As some states have been strenuously insisting that LGBTQ activists be allowed into our schools, the Polish colleague and I have had to use the veto."
The strategy included actions aimed at ending genital mutilation, tackling online bullying of LGBTQ youth and improving free movement for rainbow families (ANSA).
