The third and final closed-door hearing on the story of Eitan, the little survivor of the Mottarone tragedy, has begun at the Tel Aviv family court.
In the courtroom - where there is a discussion on the basis of the Hague Convention on the abduction of minors - there are Aya Biran, paternal aunt and caretaker of the child, and her maternal grandfather Shmuel Peleg who brought Eital to Israel without consent and is under investigation in Italy for kidnapping of persons.
There is also the daughter Gali Peleg, sister of Eitan's mother, who in Israel asked for the adoption of the baby.
According to the lawyers, the hearing will go to the bitter end.
