(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 11 - In the motion presented to the Senate by the Leu-Misto group, the government is asked to undertake to intervene to dissolve "the parties, movements and organizations of fascist origin", expressly citing not only Forza Nuova, but also " Casa Pound and Loyalty and Action, as well as all political movements of clear neo-fascist inspiration who are responsible for conduct punishable under the laws implemented by the XII transitional and final provision of the Republican Constitution ".
This is what we read in the document that has been deposited and in which it is asked to "apply the constitutional and legal provisions mentioned in the introduction, in order to respect the anti-fascist character of our Constitution".
