(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 11 - The Democratic Party presented a motion to the Senate in which it commits the Government "to follow up the constitutional dictate regarding the prohibition of reorganization of the dissolved fascist party and the consequent current legislation, adopting the measures within its competence to proceed the dissolution of Forza Nuova and of all political movements declares neo-fascist inspiration as perpetrators of conduct punishable by the implementing laws of the XII transitional and final provision of the Republican Constitution ".
"We hope that all the authentically democratic political forces subscribe to it", underlined the presidents of the Demdi Senate and Chamber groups, Simona Malpezzi and Debora Serracchiani, adding that they will ask for the document to be calendared as soon as possible in the classroom.
Another similar motion was presented by senators Riccardo Nencini (Psi) and Davide Faraone, leader of the Italiaviva group.
