There are two investigation files launched by the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office in relation to the clashes that took place on Saturday in the heart of the capital.
The prosecutors have divided the investigation into two "levels": the first concerns the six arrested, considered promoters of the revolt, with the raid on the headquarters of the CGIL, including Roberto Fiore, Giuliano Castellino di Forza Nuova, the former Nar Luigi Aronica, the activist Pamela Testa and the leader of the IoApro movement, Biagio Passaro.
For them, the magistrates are contesting, at the moment, the crimes of incitement to crime, devastation and pillage.
The prosecutors in requesting the validation of the arrest will evaluate further aggravating circumstances.
