About two years ago, when we were still in the era of pre-Corona innocence, a new (then) evolution of military and chunky boots with a rough sole minus the laces broke into our lives.

The trend that seemed particularly vulgar at the time (today most of us have become accustomed to Luke) was led by the boiling fashion houses Bottega Veneta and de Roux who recorded a sharp and quick Instagram conquest courtesy of a plethora of fashionistas who visually declared themselves inside.

The first wave of the combat boots trend included a massive presence of those in a black shade and shocked quite a few fashion enthusiasts who quite rightly thought that in this dubious statement they would not fall into a victim situation.

But you know how it works along the timeline.

We are exposed to a parade of total looks that are packaged in a high style, the eye also begins to get used to it, and suddenly things look different, the shock is replaced by "it's rather an edge", and the comfort and practicality also contribute to the positive recognition.

Next we had closures and full of sweatpants so it got extra legitimacy, which opened up the chakras to more shades of white, khaki, gray and beige that caught on easily.

So what's going on this season in the combat boot segment?

It turns out that black or any other monochromatic shade is for weakness.

In an atmosphere of "celebrating the return to life" in which everything is bright, bold and eccentric, here too there is an extreme towards color blocks, with priority given to a situation where one of them will be phosphorescent and green.

The dominant ones in the feed these days come from Botega with a Flash model with a strong green sole and a black upper ($ 1,150), and from the collection of the collaboration between the Danish Heat Girl Emily Sindlev and the shoe brand Batina and Ramilon with a simon model that combines neon green with bright grass green (€ 400).

In both cases, it is a drop in the ocean from the rest of the collection, which offers a variety of other color combinations in versions of a megaphone or a knee-high boot.

Those who prefer more relaxed options can find at Vermilion the Cindleb combinations of khaki / gray, light lilac with dark, beige / orange / light brown and of course smooth black.

In the case of Bottega Venta it is a bit difficult to keep track of the combinations and models because they are just endless.

Blogger Leonie Hahn and fashion house LIU JO have also launched their own commentary that will soon be sold in the Vendome chain in Israel as well.

The inflation of the phenomenon includes other successful versions in more or less accessible price ranges, and this can be seen in the new collections of Gani, Zara, Mango, Jill Sander, Asus and more and more.

Just meet, celebrate, rave.
