Hungarian pop-up (Photo: Nimrod Saunders)

A recipe inspired by the Hungarian dish Kapusch Kotzka, a noodle stew with cabbage, chicken, paprika and fried onions.

The flavors are Hungarian, but the look is of a pop-up, that kids will really love to eat.

Vegetarians / Vegans: It is delicious to prepare this dish even without chicken.

Replace the chicken pieces with 200 grams of tofu cubes, which will lovingly absorb the flavors of the sauce.

The dish is colorful, balanced and rich in a good amount of protein thanks to the chicken (or tofu).
