Recipe: How to bake the moist chocolate cake with white chocolate
First, roughly chop the white chocolate and melt it over a hot water bath.
Then let the liquid chocolate cool down a little, but do not let it solidify.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C top / bottom heat and line the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper.
Now separate the eggs and beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff.
Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar, butter, vanilla pod pulp and lemon zest.
Stir in the ricotta and white chocolate.
