Almost six years after its entry into force, the personal training account (CPF) has completely blended into the training and skills landscape.
Proof of its democratization, its rise in office has continued to progress year after year.
Even the crisis will not have succeeded in curbing its good momentum: the number of training courses requested has increased from 630,000 in 2019 to 1.1 million in 2020. And this year, the government has already registered 1.3 million entries in the device.

A real satisfaction for the Ministry of Labor, which sees it as a change of paradigm and philosophy in the face of the acquisition of skills, in all socio-professional categories.
"The CPF has made it possible to generalize access to training to audiences who did not have access to it historically",
underlines the Minister's entourage.
The figures prove it: 73% of those who undergo training are employees or workers and 39% have at best a baccalaureate level.
