(ANSA) - MONTESANO SULLA MARCELLANA (SALERNO), 14 OCT - White balloons, white roses, a long applause and a lot of emotion and disbelief.
This is the atmosphere at the exit of the abara of Dora Lagreca - the 30-year-old who died in Potenza after falling from a balcony - at the end of the funeral rite held in the small church of Santa Maria di Loreto in the district of Arena Bianca di Montesano sulla Maripendenza, in the Salerno area.
A funeral rite officiated by the parish priest Don Ferdinando Barra who, excited, recalled in his homily the words of Dora's grandmother reported to him yesterday evening: "My grandchild even after death had a serene expression on her face". Dora Lagreca, originally from Montesano sulla Maripendenza, is dead in the night between 8 and 9 October, after having fallen from a balcony, on the fourth floor of a building in via di Giura.
The boyfriend, Antonio Capasso, 29, not present at the funeral, was living with the victim and is now suspected of instigating suicide as a single person present at the moment of the tragedy.
Even at the end of Dora's funeral with friends, they were perplexed about the hypothesis of suicide, supporting what had already been argued in recent days by the mayor of Montesano, Giuseppe Rinaldi, who had said to Ansa: "It seems very strange to us that Dora could have made an extreme gesture by deciding to get it over with ".
