George Clooney became famous as the pediatrician Doug Ross in the series "Emergency Room" and through films like "From Dusk Till Dawn".
But then there is also a well-known flick that is rather uncomfortable for the actor today: "Batman & Robin" from 1997.
At that time, Clooney played the superhero in the bat suit - a role he would probably no longer take on today.
In a discussion in New York City, the 60-year-old was asked, according to "People" magazine, whether he would rather act in blockbusters or character-oriented films.
"I was in a superhero movie and I screwed it up so bad they wouldn't let me near the set," Clooney replied.
Amal Clooney is not allowed to watch Batman movie
Clooney said he didn't want to deal with the bat nipples either.
Unlike many other Batman costumes, there were nipples on his armor.
Clooney has been critical of his role in "Batman & Robin" in the past.
He recently said "Variety" that he destroyed the franchise.
And his wife Amal Clooney even said that he had forbidden her to watch the film.
“There are films where I just say, 'I want my wife to have respect for me,'” says George Clooney.
He had even advised his colleague Ben Affleck not to play Batman.
