500 g quark (40% fat)
500 g mascarpone
100 g of sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
1 pack of spiced speculoos

How to prepare the recipe for speculoos tiramisu with berries
Put the
whipped cream
in a large bowl and beat it until stiff with the hand mixer.
