The good purpose of "No More Dad" for this school year seems to be resisting.

And it is perhaps above all for this reason that, after the first weeks of one of the most delicate back to schools ever, especially from an organizational point of view, the balance made by the students is overall positive.

At least so say the 3,000 high school students intercepted in recent days by a survey by Skuola.net to draw up a balance of the first month of school.

About 2 out of 3, in fact, say they have not experienced any particular critical issues.

Also because almost all (94%) up to now have always carried out lessons in the presence.

With the children who have returned to have a direct relationship with each other and also converse on the hottest topics, including the vaccine: 80% say they know if the rest of the class has been vaccinated or not. Although it is a small minority, someone who had to stay a few days at home, in Dad, was there (6%) and in half of the cases it was not 'the fault' of the quarantine imposed by the infections but of a lack of space in your institution. But the recommendation to distance pupils in the classroom - at least one meter from each other - is creating not a few discontent even where the presence has been guaranteed every day: in about 3 cases out of 10, according to the students, more than distancing c 'is overcrowding.

To the point that 1 out of 6 students in the class wears the FFP2 mask: if in doubt, it is better to put your hand to your wallet and ensure greater protection from the virus. To avoid crowds at the entrance or at the exit of the lessons, most of the schools - reported about 6 out of 10 - have confirmed or introduced staggered admissions. Not to be confused with real shifts decided locally: more or less 1 in 2 is forced to enter (and exit) earlier or start (and finish) later. It is not a double shift morning / afternoon, often evoked in these times of pandemic but never really applied, but it can happen to finish the lessons in the early afternoon. This latter circumstance is putting many students in difficulty. Among those who return home later, daily or alternating shifts (62%), in fact,70% complain that going out in the afternoon makes it almost impossible to do other activities, such as doing homework for the next day or pursuing sports and hobbies. Not to mention the fact that, almost always, for them a real lunch break does not exist: it is so for 3 out of 4.

Furthermore, this whole organization seems to have failed to resolve the original issue, the gatherings, still present in 7 out of 10 cases. Then there is the substitute problem: only 53% say they actually started the year with the team of the full professors, 30% saw them arrive a little at a time, almost 1 in 5 said they still have one or more subjects without the definitive prof.

Almost 1 in 7 young people say they have teachers who have missed a few classes, or been absent for days, due to the request for green certification.
