Relieve shoulder tension with two simple exercises

According to the fitness expert Jäger, the following exercises are suitable for loosening the shoulder muscles:

  • Lie on your back and put your feet up.

Put your hands over your head and rest your elbows on the floor.

    Their hands are touching.

Now slowly push it straight up and down as an extension of the spine.

  • Lie on your side with your knees bent and your upper arm back on the floor.

Keep your hips stable by making sure that your legs are completely relaxed.

Now the arm (thumb of the hand points towards the head) is slowly brought up along the floor, says Jäger.

If you can't go any further, turn your thumb down and slowly bring your arm back down.
