His record is impressive.
Five times French boxing champion, vice-world champion in amateur MMA, Koh-Lanta finalist in 2021… At 36, Thouarsaise Lucie Bertaud is an accomplished athlete.
Her mother, she inherited it at 14, after an episode of violence at school.
“I wanted to learn to defend myself,” explains Lucie.
So, she enrolled in boxing and ended up discovering MMA, "the convergence of all combat sports" for which she is passionate.
Signing up for the Koh-Lanta show was a logical consequence for this fighter who likes to take up challenges and go to the limit.
A challenge that she brilliantly took up by finishing finalist of the last season.
"Alone against everyone, I advanced with my little scarf," smiles the champion, clutching her flocked headband in the colors of her adventure team in her hands.
