(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 15 - "In defense of creative freedom, Italy welcomes the Afghan artist Rahraw Omarzad".

Having landed in Rome with his family, the Afghan artist, professor, curator and protagonist of the Afghan creative scene, will settle in Turin where he will collaborate with the Castello di Rivolii - Contemporary Art Museum and teach at the Albertina Academy.
"A concrete gesture that also has a symbolic value in defense of creative freedoms all over the world - says the minister - It is another step in the world of Italian culture in a long practical closeness to the Afghan people".
