Cars: in Europe in September -25.2%, Stellantis -30.4%

(ANSA) - TURIN, OCTOBER 15 - Registrations in the European Union, EFTA countries and the United Kingdom were 972,723 in September, 25.2% less than in the same month of 2020. The total of the nine months is 9,161,918, with a growth of 6.9% on the same period last year.

The data comes from Acea, the association of European manufacturers.

    Stellantis registered 179,117 cars, 30.4% less than the same month of 2020. The share is 18.4% compared to 19.8%.

    In the nine months, the group's registrations totaled 1,863,391, 8.1% more than in the same period of 2020, with the share rising from 20.1% to 20.3%.
