(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 15 - Queen Elizabeth has criticized the inaction of world leaders in tackling the climate crisis, admitting that she is "irritated" by people who "speak but do not act".
The remarks of the British sovereign, the media report, were made during a private interview at the opening of the Welsh parliament yesterday in Cardiff.
Referring to Cop26 in Glasgow which will start on 31 October, the queen said: "I don't know who will attend yet."
