at the sectors in Germany in its salary
report
2021. The result: In the Corona year 2021, employees in the
biotech industry have
the best earning
potential
: With an annual
gross
salary of around
67,500 euros
, based on the median **, biotechnology specialists are best paid. According to
salary.de,
the vaccine development against Covid-19 made
a major contribution to
this. But regardless of that, the salaries in this industry are quite generous.
In second place is the area of
other
capital goods
with around 66,600 euros gross per year, followed by the
semiconductor industry
with around 65,600 euros gross annual salary.

Industry comparison: This is where you earn the worst salary
For many other industries, business was extremely poor due to the corona pandemic, which is also noticeable in the employees' wallets.
