The Dutch customs discovered four deliveries with a total of 1.8 tons of cocaine in the port of Rotterdam within a few days.
On Saturday night alone, 520 kilograms of the drug were found in a container coming from Brazil, the public prosecutor said.
The cocaine, with a street sales value of around 39 million euros, was reportedly hidden between a residual product of cane sugar used as fodder, which was to be delivered to a company in Manchester, UK.
Previously, deliveries of 712, 470 and 115 kilograms of cocaine had already been intercepted, according to the prosecutor.
The investigation into the background is still ongoing.
The drug has since been destroyed.
