Declining turnout. From the first data it stands at 48.95%

(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 18 - At the close of the polling stations, the turnout at the polls is reaching 48.95%.

In the first shift, still at the same time (3 pm) it was 58.35%.

The disaffection at the polls that had already been registered in the first round is therefore confirmed.

The data in fact show a 10-point jump between the elections of 3-4 October and the ballot.
