The sentence of 2 years and 10 months to Gianpaolo Tarantini is final.
The Supreme Court rejected the appeals of the Attorney General of Bari and of the defense against the sentence with which on September 26 last year the Bari Court of Appeal sentenced the Apulian entrepreneur to 2 years and 10 months for recruitment for having brought between 2008 and 2009 some escorts in Silvio Berlusconi's residences.
The third criminal section of the Supreme Court also declared inadmissible the appeal of the civil party Patrizia D'Addario.
